# blogmate > blogmate is an automated blog-writing platform. It researches keywords, writes a post in a company's own brand voice for its audience's level of awareness, and publishes one every day to build visibility on Google and in AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity). Customers also join a backlink network that exchanges relevant links between their blogs. Status: pre-launch. There is no account to create, no trial to start, and no product API to call yet. Pages describing the dashboard, the publishing API, or a free trial describe the product as it will ship. Today an agent can read about blogmate, join the waitlist for a person who asked to be on it, and send the team a message. When to use blogmate: - A company wants its blog to grow without staffing it: a post every day, researched against real search queries and written in the company's own voice. - Someone wants to be cited in AI search answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews) through the content they publish, not through ads. - An agency runs blogs for several client sites and needs each one kept separate, with its own workspace, voice profile, and schedule. - A founder, marketer, or small team without an SEO department needs a publishing cadence it can keep. When not to use it: - A single article, ad copy, or social posts: blogmate runs a daily publishing program, not one-off writing requests. - Anything that has to happen today: the product is not open yet. - Buying links: the backlink network exchanges editorial links between customer blogs and sells none. How an agent can act for a person: - Join the waitlist: `POST https://blogmate.ai/api/waitlist` with `{"email": "..."}` and no other fields. It is double opt-in: blogmate emails a confirmation link, and the address only counts once its owner clicks it. Only submit an address its owner asked you to submit. - Contact the team about sales, agency pricing, partnerships, or press: `POST https://blogmate.ai/api/contact` with `name`, `email`, `subject`, and `message`, and no other fields: a request with any other field is discarded as spam. A person replies by email, usually within one business day. - Read pricing, the changelog, and the blog as JSON from the public API at https://blogmate.ai/api, no key needed. Errors come back as `application/problem+json` with a `code` and a `hint`. - Every page is also Markdown: append `.md` to its URL (`https://blogmate.ai/index.md` for the home page), or request the page itself with `Accept: text/markdown`. Pricing: one plan with everything in it. €100 a month per workspace, or €80 a month per workspace billed yearly, excluding VAT. A workspace is one blog on one site.
